Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, deductions, timelines, and the process to request refunds.

• Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup.
• Partial refund if cancelled 12–24 hours before pickup.
• No refund if cancelled within 12 hours or for no-shows.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Banks/payment providers may take 5–14 working days to reflect.

Payment gateway charges, UPI fees, and processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amount.

Partial refunds may occur for:
• Trips already partially completed
• Promotional/Gift voucher bookings
• Multi-day package reductions

Chargebacks are processed by your bank. Resolution timelines depend on bank investigation.

Force majeure (accidents, strikes, extreme weather) are evaluated case-by-case after review.
