Luggage Policy
Guidelines for luggage allowance, oversized bags, fragile items, and lost item handling.

| Tempo Traveller | Bulk luggage allowed (declare before booking) |
Oversized items (bicycles, musical instruments, heavy boxes) must be declared in advance.
Extra charges: ₹200–₹1,500 depending on size.
Fragile items must be packed properly. Carry valuables (laptop, jewellery, documents) with you.
Label all bags clearly. Inform the driver if multiple drop points require unloading luggage.
Report missing items immediately with booking ID.
We assist recovery, but cannot guarantee retrieval.
Large cargo should be booked with a Tempo Traveller or goods vehicle.
Handling charges may apply.
Report damage within 24 hours with images.
Compensation applies only if negligence is proven.
