This cancellation policy applies to all Phoenix Tour & Travels bookings including one-way, round-trip, outstation and group bookings.
✔ Free cancellation if cancelled before 24 hours of pickup.
✔ 50% cancellation charge if cancelled 12–24 hours before pickup.
✔ No refund for cancellations within 12 hours, or for no-show.
✔ Driver allowances already paid may be non-refundable.
✔ Hotels/permitts booked on behalf of customer will be charged if cancelled.
✔ Full refund for cancellation beyond 24 hours.
✔ 20% advance is mandatory for group bookings.
✔ Cancellation within 48 hours may deduct full advance.
✔ Rescheduling allowed based on availability.
